You may download an application and the forms necessary to apply for rental.  They are in pdf format.  You will need adobe reader to access these filed. 

An application fee of $25 per person is charged and payable with the application submission. 

Application - everyone over the age of 18 must fill out an application.  Married couples may fill out a joint application. 

Credit Report Authorization - everyone over the age of 18 must fill out a Credit Report Authorization.  Married couples may fill out a joint authorization. 

Guarantee of Performance - this form is for a "co-signor" who is guarantee your rental payment (i.e., college students who don't work but parents are going to pay your rent).  This form must be filled out and notarized.  A Credit Report Authorization must be filled out for the guarantor.  If you are over 21 years of age, a Guarantee of Performance is not allowed to be used. 

Additional Details

After you have applied for consideration, an e-mail copy of the Lease Agreement is available for your preview. 

Also available is a Roommate Agreement.  If you are sharing a unit with non-family members, we have available an agrement that spells out just what your co-habiting arrangement is.
