The convenience of making various payments online through PayPal. There is an additional 3% handling fee for payments made through PayPal.
APPLICANTS - you may download an application and credit/background check authorization, fill them out and e-mail or fax them back to us for consideration and make your payment online!
TENANTS - you must make your payments in a timely manner so they are received by the due date. Late fees will still apply to payments received after the due dates.
Save money by signing up for auto-debit and never miss another payment date! If you sign up for auto-debit, we debit your checking or savings account each month. Payments are taken on the 1st of the month (or the next business day if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday). You get $5 off each month's rental fee (discount does not apply if payment is rejected for any reason). Ask Agent for a sign-up sheet for the auto-debit.
Resident Screening Fee
Each person over the age of 18 that will occupy a unit must fill out an application and pay the Resident Screening Fee. This fee is non-refundable. A credit and background check is done on each occupant over the age of 18.

If your payment was not made to be received BY the 1st of the month. You will owe this late fee.

If your payment was not RECEIVED by the 2nd of the month, you owe Late Fee 1 plus this fee for how many days date it is. This is a per day late fee as per your rental/lease agreement.

Security Deposit 1
Security deposit for a 2 bedroom unit is $650. This fee is held during your residency in the unit and refunded upon vacation of the unit, after deductions for cleaning and damage fees, if any.
